What's Happening @ Wentworth (Summer 2025)
Below is a rundown of all the events happening at Wentworth this summer.
All Summer: Kids Craft Group
Join us each Friday morning from 10am to 12pm for a time of crafting. Led by Miss Alicia, kids and their parents will learn how to create various crafts and enjoy a time a fellowship together.
Please note that sign-up is required to attend; a sign-up sheet is available every Sunday morning after worship.
All Summer: Summer in the Psalms
Also on Fridays, from 10–11am, throughout the summer, you are invited to join us as we meet God in the Book of Psalms. During this study/worship time, we will hear a brief exposition of the psalm, be invited to listen to and meditate on the passage, listen to songs or hymns based on the psalms that will soothe your soul, and we will pray and offer prayer ministry. Informal fellowship to follow.

July 3/August 7: Lost and Found Fellowship
The Lost and Found Fellowship group meets monthly for a potluck lunch. Location varies throughout the year. This summer, the group will be meeting at the picnic pavilion near Dundurn Castle, at the following dates/times:

July 13: Church BBQ
We will be having the annual church BBQ at the Westfall's home on July 13th after morning worship. This is a potluck BBQ; please plan to bring a side, dessert, or drink to share, and the Westfalls will provide the (homemade!) hamburgers! For more information, please speak to Pastor Seán or Pastor Jan.
July 18/August 22: Hobby Squad
Join us on July 18th and August 22nd from 7–9:00pm for the Hobby Squad craft and prayer group. Each session will include learning about a craft or hobby and inviting participants to discover ways to utilize time spent crafting to spend with the Lord and serve others through a ministry of prayer.
